I love the Hello, Irresistible Collection that can be found in the Online Exclusives. I made this card for a friend’s mother who will be celebrating her Birthday next month. I made my own Designer Series Paper. The flowers are heat embossed in White Embossing Powder. The die I used was part of the Hello, Irresistible Collection as well. The Basic White layer is embossed with Quatrefoil Tide embossing folder.
Cutting and Instructions to create this card:
- Card base is Basic White card stock, cut at 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4”
- Basic White layer is 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”
- Die cut the circle from the Hello Irresistible die (Online Exclusive Product) in the center of the Basic White card layer
- Emboss the Basic White layer with the Quatrefoil Tile embossing folder
- To make your own Designer Series Paper, take a large piece of Basic White card stock about 4 1/2” x 7” (big enough to go behind the cut circle and stamp another flower or two to be die cut separately)
- Using the Blender Brushes, lightly brush the Basic White card stock with Pool Party, Boho Blue and Misty Moonlight ink
- Let this dry and once dried, brush all over with an Embossing Buddy and stamp the flowers and leaves in Versa Mark and heat emboss in White embossing Powder
- Pop up the Embossed layer to the card with dimensional. Put tiny pieces of dimensionals on the dots in the circle
- Die cut the extra flower out with the Hello Irresistible die
- Stamp the leaves on a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock (retired) in Versa Mark and heat emboss in White Embossing Powder
- Make a couple of loops using the Silver Simply Elegant Trim and add to the back of the embossed flower
- Pop the die cut flower onto the card with a dimensional
- Add the leaves with dimensionals
- Stamp a sentiment from the Go To Greeting stamp set in Boho Blue ink on Basic White card stock
- Add the sentiment to a strip of your Designer Series Paper
- Adhere to the card with dimensionals
- Add some Basic Rhinestone to the finished card
- If you have room left on your designer series paper, die cut a smaller flower and add it to the inside of your card
