I made these book markers for my customers. I used the new All About Autumn Collection Suite which is in the new Sept – Dec Holiday Mini Catalogue. I wanted to show my customers as much of the suite as I could. I think the book markers show the products off beautifully. It has great fall prints on one side and on the other side it is copper foil images.
Instructions to create the book mark:
- Card stock base for book marker is 6 1/4″ x 2″
- Punch top of the book mark using a tag punch, I used the Fancy Tag Punch which is in the Clearance Rack
- Emboss the tag with the Distressed Tile 3D folder
- Cut the All About Autumn Designer Series Paper at 1 7/8″ x 6″
- Cut the Designer Series Paper strips to 1 7/8″ x 4″, reserving the extra 2″ for the small maple leaf die cut
- Adhere the DSP to the book mark with liquid glue
- Stamp the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, in matching ink as the card stock
- Die cut the sentiment using the large die from the Autumn Leave die set
- Adhere the sentiment to the book mark with liquid glue
- Die cut 2 small leaves from the Autumn Leaves die in the Oxidized Copper Designer Series Paper
- Die cut the small maple leaf on the opposite side of the the left over 2″ piece of Designer Series Paper
- Pop the leaves up on the book mark with dimensionals
- Tie a piece of the Copper Ribbon to the tag with Linen Thread
