Demonstrator Training Blog Hop-May 2022-Abigail Rose

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Training Program Monthly Blog Hop! We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration. We are a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin’ Up!® business and reach some goals we have set. We really appreciate your support.

Cutting and instructions to create this card:

  1. Card base is Petal Pink card stock cut at 8 1/2″ x 5″ 1/2 scored and folded at 4 1/4″
  2. Crumb Cake card stock layer is cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhered to card base with liquid glue
  3. Basic White card stock is cut at 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ which has been embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder and attached to the Crumb Cake layer with liquid glue
  4. Stamp the large rose and the leaf images from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Basic Gray (for a softer look)
  5. Die cut these out with the Cottage Flower dies
  6. Color the rose in Light and Dark Petal Pink Blends and the leaves in Light and Dark Old Olive Blends. The tiny flowers were colored in Light So Saffron Blends
  7. Attach the large rose to the embossed layer with dimensionals and the single leaves with glue dots
  8. For the sentiment stamp a greeting from the Go To Greeting stamp set in Versa Mark and heat emboss in Gold. Fussy cut the sentiment out and adhere with dimensionals
  9. Tie a double bow with the Gold twine from the Simply Elegant trim combo pack and attach with glue dots
  10. Place some Petal Pink Gems from the Solid Faceted Gems to finish the card
