I love playing with the Irresistible Bloom Bundle from the Online Exclusive Products. I made this Birthday card using the new Moody Mauve card stock and ink , then colored the flowers using the White Watercolor Pencil. The Specialty Designer Series paper is the Silver Naturally Gilded paper also from the Online Exclusive products. The embossing folder is the Painted Texture. The Sentiment is from the Go To Greetings
Cutting Instructions and Products used to Create this card:
- Card base is Basic White card stock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored and folded at 4 1/4″
- Emboss the front of the card base with the Painted Texture embossing folder
- Cut a piece of the Silver Naturally Gilded Specialty paper that is 2 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Cut 2 strips of the Silver Foil paper that are 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and adhere to each side of the Naturally Gilded Paper. Attach this layer to the card base with liquid glue
- On a piece of Moody Mauve card stock ,stamp 3 flowers in Moody Mauve ink using the Irresistible Blooms stamp set
- Stamp 3 sets of the leaves from the Irresistible Bloom stamp set in Old Olive card stock and Old Olive ink
- Using a White Water Coloring Pencil, color the flower petals
- Die cut the flowers and leaves out using the matching dies
- Place the flowers on the card with dimensionals and add the leavers to the card using glue dots
- On a piece of Basic White card stock that is 3/4″ x 2 5/8″, stamp a sentiment in Moody Mauve ink from the Go To Greetings
- Lightly brush the edges with a sponge dauber and Moody Mauve ink
- Attach the sentiment to a piece of Silver Foil that is 3″ x 1″ and attach to the card with dimensionals
- For some bling, add a large Basic Rhinestone to each of the centers of the flowers
