Wow! A New Year, A New Beginning and a New Catalogue. Starting on the 4th of January, the New Stampin’ Up Jan-June Mini Catalogue and the Sale A Bration Brochure go live. I decided I wanted to play with some of the new products from the Mini Catalogue and the Sale A Brochure. I wanted to make a Thank You card using the Daffodil Daydream bundle.

- Daffodil Daydream Stamp set
- Peaceful Moments Stamp Set
- Daffodil Dies
- Timeworn Type Embossing Folder
- Simply Marbleous 6×6 Designer Series Paper
- Bumblebee Card Stock
- Basic White Card Stock
- Stampin Blends-Light So Saffron, Light Mango Melody, Light and Dark Old Olive
- Memento Black Ink
- Brushed Brass Butterflies
Instructions to create my card:
- Card stock is Bumblebee cut at 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2. This is a book open card
- Basic White card stock cut at 4 x 5 1/4
- Emboss the Basic White card stock with the Timeworn Type embossing folder and adhere to card base
- Cut a piece of the Bumblebee Simply Marbleous 6 x 6 DSP from Sale A Bration and attack this with liquid glue to the embossed layer
- Stamp the Daffodil on a scrap piece of Basic White with Memento Black and color it using Stampin Blends
- Die cut out the daffodil using the Daffodil dies
- Die cut a label from Tasteful Label Die set in Basic White
- Cut a Bumblebee card stock layer a little larger and remove the corners ( I used a retired punch)
- Attach the die cut Daffodil to the Basic White label with dimensionals
- Attach the label to the card using dimensionals
- Stamp the Thank You sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Memento Black on a piece of Basic White and layer it onto a Bumblebee card stock layer and attach it to the card using dimensionals
- Place a Brushed Brass Butterfly to the finished card
