Stampin Up – In the Moment and Mountain Air

Instructions to create card:

  1. Basic White card stock 3 1/2 x 4 1/2, stamp the image from In the Moment stamp set
  2. Make a mask of the stamped image and fuzzy cut it out and place over the stamped image
  3. Stamp the mountains from the Mountain Air stamp set in Smokey Slate, move the stamp over slightly and stamp again to make a lighter set of mountains.
  4. Stamp the trees from the Mountain Air stamp set in Old Olive ink
  5. Make mask of the mountains. You may need to make two masks to cover all the mountains
  6. Using the Blending Brushes and Pumpkin Pie ink, brush the sunrise over the mountains
  7. Next brush some Daffodil Delight ink and blend into the Pumpkin Pie ink
  8. Blend in some Balmy Blue and the some Misty Moonlight to create a darker edge to the sky
  9. For the water, brush with Balmy Blue and brush up into the trees and the base of the mountains
  10. Use a white gel pen to create the ripples in the water
  11. Remove the mask from the image of the girl and color her
  12. Cut the Basic White layer to 3 x 4
  13. Stamp a sentiment on the card
  14. Card base is Basic Gray cut 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
  15. Next layer is Balmy Blue cut at 4 x 5 1/4 and ran through the Tasteful Texture 3D folder
  16. Adhere the Balmy Blue layer to card base with liquid glue
  17. Pop the focal image onto the card with dimensionals
  18. Add 3 gray dots from the Classic Matte Dots
