I made this card for the World Card Making Day Challenge. The Challenge was a Tic Tac Toe Card. I choice a Fun Fold, DSP and Ribbon. I made a Bay Window fun fold card. For instructions on how to make is card continue reading.
Card Instructions:
- Cut a card base at 11″ x 4 1/4″and score at 3/8″, 1 1/2″, 3 1/8″, 4 1/2″ and 5 1/2″
- Cut one piece of DSP at 5 1/2″ x 4 1/8. Cut this piece at 7/8″, 1/4″, and 4 3/8″ (keeping this in order as they are cut)
- Cut your focal piece of DSP (for the Bay Window) at 3 3/4″ x 4 1/8″ and this into 3 pieces of 1 1/4″ strips. Mark these strips on the back in order of cutting to keep the image correct
- Cut a piece of Basic White at 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ to attack to the inside to write
- Attach the 7/8″ strip of DSP to the 1″ folded panel
- Wrap and tie a piece of ribbon around the 1″ folded panel
- On the inside of the card place 2 pieces of tear and tape on the 1″ panel (when the ribbon is wrapped around) and glue the panel shut. It will book like a book
- Glue the focal DSP to the 3 center panels to make the bay window
- Glue the 1/4″ strip to the 3/8″ fold to make the closure
- On the inside of the card, glue the remaining piece of DSP to the card base and then attach the Basic White to the center of the card
- Heat emboss a small tree in silver embossing powder on a piece of black card stock and punch it out
- Attack the closure to the card using dimensioals
- Place some Subtle Shimmer sequins to the Bay window
