Gorgeous Leaves Color Challenge

On World Card Making day we had to do a picture challenge where we had to look at a photograph and design a card with what we saw in the photograph whether if was colors or elements. World Card Making day Challenge Gorgeous Leaves

Card Instructions:

  1. Cut a card base of Old Olive at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″
  2. With a piece of Basic White card stock cut at 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ , stamp your own DSP using the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set and Old Olive, So Saffron, Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso inks
  3. Cut this layer to 4″ x 5 1/4″ then sponge the edges with So Saffron and glue it directly to the card base
  4. Using So Saffron card stock, cut a tag from the Tailored Make Tag die set
  5. Sponge the edges with So Saffron ink and stamp a sentiment
  6. Put a small piece of White 1/4″ Crinkle Seam Binding in the hole and then tie a piece of white twine around the ribbon
  7. Stamped two leaves in Old Olive and die cut them out
  8. Cut a circle out of vellum
  9. So the glue does not show through the vellum, put the leaves on the vellum first using dimensionals
  10. Mount the tag on the card with dimensionals and then glue the vellum to the tag, placing the glue where it will not be seen through the vellum
  11. Place some Brushed Metallic Adhesive Dots on the card
